  We had a number of negative experiences with local and neighboring estate agents. Professional and ethical standards were lacking in some of these and therefore we were cautious when we invited Pat from O'Dwyer Englsh Estate Agents to view and advise us on selling our home. What was evident from discussions with Pat was his knowledge from years of experience in selling homes in the area where we lived and wanted to buy. He was upfront, factual and above all sincere and communicated a sound sales strategy. We therefore approved of him undertaking the sale of our house. This sale process was tasked to Pat's colleague- David Linehan. Throughout the viewing and negotiating process, David kept us informed and demonstrated a commitment and attained the best price for our home. Where other estate agents abandon their client when their property is sale agreed, David demonstrated a further commitment and customer care to us by ensuring both parties (seller and buyer) concluded their obligations in conveyancing. David was always available for questions and queries and his professionalism, dedication and qualities assisted greatly in finalising the sale of our property.
