    I would highly recommend Hanley's to anyone. They have lovely friendly staff, huge range of stock & if they haven't got exactly what your looking for they will try there very best to get it! Theye also have very competitive prices.

    Delivery is super slow. The seller doesn't have any feeling of responsibility for it and simply doesn't care at all.
    I bought a set of table and chairs, was promised that delivery will take up to 4 weeks then 6 weeks tops. Here we go, 10 weeks passed... Myself and my pregnant wife have to stay without dining table and chairs. And yes, even though it's the seller's bad they won't give you any discount or free delivery just as way to say sorry because they "can't do anything" about it and there's someone else to blame.
    I will never ever visit this store again, complete waste of time and money. Be warned.

    Terrible terrible attitude from the company. Purchased a table and chairs to be told it would be delivered within 2 weeks, but to expect a call within 5 days to confirm. Contacted them after 10 days to be told that they hadnt heard from the supplier, which they thought was strange. Only because of my phone call did they bother to call the the supplier. They advised would call me back later that day, or first thing the next day with an update. It never happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left it another day. Nothing. Rang them the following day (2 days later) and was told the dining set was no longer available. Advised they would call back "in a day or two" with a resolution.

    5 days later, nothing. I rang them and they advised again they would chase up and call me back the next day at the latest (this was a Thursday). Nothing again! I had to ring them again on the monday to find out and they said they are looking for a replacement but it would be within "a day or 2" when they had an answer. Nothing again! I went to the store on the Saturday to find out what was going on, to be told they have a replacement for me, but I had to pay more for the replacement (typical sales con!) and that they didnt know when it would be available (could be a week, could be 6 weeks!).

    At this point, I just wanted my money, as it was already 3 weeks. Was told I would have to wait for a cheque to be issued, and could take up to 5 - 10 days to clear!! Another 2 weeks without a dining set, or the funds available to purchase another one. When I complained to the salesman who sold me the table he told me "I am the company director. What I say goes. I dont have time to be calling customers back or chasing up their issues!" (Thankfully I have all calls recorded so can provide that verbatim if required.)

    In summation: They sell goods that they dont have. Dont tell you they dont have them. Dont bother to contact you when they say they would. Make you wait until you are desperate and then try charge you more for a replacement! And if you refuse, you'll be waiting for a refund cheque to clear! AVOID!!

    Rude!!!!
    Purchased a carpet last week and I have been told I can return in 2 days if doesn't fit.

    Went to the shop to return the carpet within 2 days, there was a different person and said they don't have a refund policy. When I explained about what other salesperson agreed for refund when I purchased it, he(the director) said " I am the director has what ever I say is the final decision".
    There carpet is damaged aswell which I noticed later but still I couldn't replace as they don't have a refund policy.

    The director talk so rude when i went to return the carpet. Terrible attitude

    Have purchased a dining table with 6 chairs and I was told they would be deliver in 3 weeks, no any call till 5 weeks and when I called, I have been told only dining table is available but no chairs and it takes 2 more weeks to deliver the chairs. They said they have sold the chairs separately as they were expecting new chairs to arrive but got delayed. Finally chairs arrived after 2 weeks and it took totally 7 weeks for the delivery. When i opened the box to fix it, dining legs were missing and when i called for legs I have been told the delivery is only on Saturdays so I had to wait one more week. But on multiple phone calls and requests, they arranged delivery after 3 days.

    I have written the same comment in fb page but they have deleted my comment and blocked me.

    The staff is very unhelpful except Ger. They never call you unless you call them for deliveries.

    I will Never buy any stuff rather I buy the same product in Michael Murphy.
